Peak Season generally falls on the following periods:

In some resorts, the months of April and May are considered Peak Season.

Exact dates vary depending on Hotel/Resort’s declared Peak Season Dates; which could mean less than or more than the general dates indicated herein.

Cancellations & Refund: See General Terms & Conditions for cancellations made during the peak season period. REFUND, where applicable, will take place 30 banking days after cancellation requirements are completed.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATIONS

 



32 Days or More Working Days Prior To Arrival:

  Cancellation Charge: Generally 10-30% of the Total Booking, plus Administrative Charges and the  amount of Money Transfer Charge for the refund shall apply. This particularly applies    to  Christmas/New Year & Holy Week bookings.  

Exceptions: Depending on the prevailing policies imposed by hotel/resort applicable at the time the cancellation has been made or depending on high occupancy of the room nights cancelled, exception to the indicated charge may apply; which may be higher than or lower than indicated.          

Hotel/Resort Policies: Policies may change without prior notice. Hotel/ Resort prevailing policies shall always apply at all times.       

Wash-Downs (Lessening of Room Nights Booked) : Decreasing the number of nights
finalized shall be considered cancellations and shall be subject to the applicable charges.      

Short-Stay: Short-stays are considered cancellations and shall be subject to the applicable charges.

15-31 Working Days Prior To Arrival:

 

Cancellation Charge: Generally 30-100% of the Total Booking, plus Administrative Charges and the  amount of Money Transfer Charge for the refund shall apply. This particularly applies to Christmas/New Year & Holy Week bookings.         
           
Exceptions: Depending on the prevailing policies imposed by hotel/resort applicable at the time the cancellation has been made or depending on high occupancy of the room nights cancelled, exception to the indicated charge may apply; which may be higher than or lower than indicated.        

            Exception may also mean that cancellations made may be rebooked within 6 months after the cancelled dates (as per hotel/resort approval) ; subject to the applicable rate of the rebooked dates and the Rebooking Charge of PhP 100  Per Room for Room Only Bookings and Per Person for Package Bookings.         

However such charge is applicable to generally most hotels/resorts but not all. In limited cases, hotel/resorts impose a rebooking charge of PhP 1,000 per person for rescheduling made 4-7 days prior to arrival.

Wash-Downs (Lessening of Room Nights Booked) : NON-REFUNDABLE.  

Short-Stay: NON-REFUNDABLE.

4- 14 Working Days Prior To Arrival:

 

Cancellation Charge: 50-100% of the Total Booking, plus Administrative Charges  and the amount of Money Transfer Charge for the refund shall apply.

Exceptions: Depending on the prevailing policies imposed by hotel/resort applicable at the time the cancellation has been made or depending on high occupancy of the room nights cancelled, exception to the indicated charge may apply; which may be higher than or lower than indicated.

Exception may also mean that cancellations made may be rebooked within 6 months after the cancelled dates (as per hotel/resort approval) ; subject to the applicable rate of the rebooked dates and the Rebooking Charge of PhP 100  Per Room for Room Only Bookings and Per Person for Package Bookings.

Arrival Date or During Stay – 3 Days Prior Arrival:

  Cancellation: NO REFUND. If notification of cancellation is made at least 3 days prior
to arrival or during your stay, 100% of the total booking amount shall be charge.

No Show:  No REFUND. NON-REFUNDABLE.                

Wash-Downs
(Lessening of Room Nights Booked) : NON-REFUNDABLE.
