HIGH SEASON


High Season generally falls on the months from January - May and October - December, except peak dates.

However exact dates vary depending on Hotel/Resort’s declared High Season for the current year.            
It may start on November and may even extend up to June 15. Please check Hotel/Resort page to check for applicable dates.       

Cancellations & Refund: See General Terms & Conditions for cancellations made during the high season. REFUND, where applicable, will take place 30 banking days after cancellation requirements are completed.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATIONS

 

 



32 Days or More Working Days Prior To Arrival:

  Cancellation Charge: 10% of the Total Booking, and the amount of and the Amount of Money Transfer Charge for the refund shall apply.     

Exceptions: Depending on the prevailing policies imposed by hotel/resort applicable at the time the cancellation has been made or depending on high occupancy of the room nights cancelled, exception to the indicated charge may apply; which may be higher than or lower than indicated.          

But where the opportunity loss to us and the hotel/resort concerned is negligible, we would be happy to waive any cancellation charge and give our clients a Full Refund less Administrative Charge and the amount of Money Transfer Charge for the refund.      
           
Hotel/Resort Policies: Policies may change without prior notice. Hotel/ Resort prevailing policies shall always apply at all times.       

Wash-Downs (Lessening of Room Nights Booked) : Decreasing the number of nights
finalized shall be considered cancellations and shall be subject to the applicable charges.      

Short-Stay: Short-stays are considered cancellations and shall be subject to the applicable charges.

15-31 Working Days Prior To Arrival:

Cancellation Charge: Generally 10-30% of the Total Booking, and the amount of and the Amount  of  Money Transfer Charge for the refund shall apply.

Or one (1) Night Room Charge, Administrative Charge and the amount of Money Transfer Charge for the refund shall apply. Exact charge varies, depending on the hotel/resort.

Exceptions: Depending on the prevailing policies imposed by hotel/resort applicable at the time the cancellation has been made or depending on high occupancy of the room nights cancelled, exception to the indicated charge may apply; which may be higher than or lower than indicated.

Exceptions: Depending on the prevailing policies imposed by hotel/resort applicable at the time the cancellation has been made or depending on high occupancy of the room nights cancelled, exception to the indicated charge may apply; which may be higher than or lower than indicated.

Short Stay: One Generally 10-50% of the Total Booking, and the amount of and
the Amount  of  Money Transfer Charge for the refund shall apply. However such charge is only applicable to a select number of resorts. In limited cases, paid room nights cancelled may be converted to food, transfers etc… based on agency’s rates, subject to hotel/resort approval or is NON-REFUNDABLE in other cases.

4-7 Working Days Prior To Arrival:          

  Cancellation Charge: 50% of the Total Booking, plus Administrative Charges and the amount of Money Transfer Charge for the refund shall apply.    

Exceptions: Depending on the prevailing policies imposed by hotel/resort applicable at the time the cancellation has been made or depending on high occupancy of the room nights cancelled, exception to the indicated charge may apply.         

In cases where exceptions can be made the following charges may apply:                

                        HOTELS/RESORTS - a full one (1) night charge per room shall
                        be imposed plus Administrative Charges and the amount of Money
                        Transfer Charge
for the refund shall apply.        

                        PACKAGED HOLIDAYS - bookings where charges are on a per person
                        basis, a full one (1) night charge per person shall be imposed plus
                        Administrative Charges
and the amount of Money Transfer
                        Charge
for the refund shall apply. 

Exception may also mean that cancellations made may be rebooked within 6 months after the cancelled dates (as per hotel/resort approval) ; subject to the applicable rate of the rebooked dates and the Rebooking Charge of PhP 100    Per Room for Room Only Bookings and Per Person for Package Bookings.      

However such charge is applicable to generally most hotels/resorts but not all. In limited cases, hotel/resorts impose a rebooking charge of PhP 1,000 per person for rescheduling made 4-7 days prior to arrival.

Short Stay: Short stays are NON-REFUNDABLE if notification is given 4-7 days before check in. However, exceptions could apply depending on the prevailing policy imposed by hotel/resort applicable at the time the notification has been given.          

In cases where exceptions can be made (based on resort/hotel’s prevailing policies), the following charges may apply:       

                        HOTELS - a full one (1) night charge per room shall be imposed
                        plus Administrative Charges and the amount of Money Transfer
                        Charge
for the refund shall apply.    

                        PACKAGED HOLIDAYS - bookings where charges are on a per person
                        basis, a full one (1) night charge per person shall be imposed plus
                        Administrative Charges
and the amount of Money Transfer
                        Charge for the refund shall apply.

In very limited cases, paid room nights cancelled may be converted to food, transfers etc… depending on hotel/resort approval.        

Short Stay: Short stays are NON-REFUNDABLE if notification is given 4-7 days before check in. However, exceptions could apply depending on the prevailing policy imposed by hotel/resort applicable at the time the notification has been given.

1- 3 Working Days Prior To Arrival:

 

If notification of cancellation is received 1-3 banking days prior to check-in date 100% of the total booking amount shall be charged.                

 Exceptions: Depending on the prevailing policies imposed by hotel/resort applicable at the time the cancellation has been made or depending on high occupancy of the room nights cancelled, exception to the indicated charge may apply in limited cases only.      

In cases where exceptions can be made, One (1) Night Charge up to 50% of the entire booking amount shall be charged.                 

Wash-Downs (Changes in the Booking Dates or Lessening of Room Nights) : Changes in Booking dates made 1-3 banking days before check-in shall be considered cancellations and shall be subject to the applicable charge.          

Short Stay:
Short stays are NON-REFUNDABLE.     

In some limited cases, paid room nights cancelled may be converted to food, transfers etc… based on agency’s rates, subject to hotel/resort approval. However this cannot be guaranteed for all properties.

Arrival Date or During Stay:        

  Cancellation: NO REFUND. If notification of cancellation is on your check-in date, or during your stay, 100% of the total booking amount shall be charge.                

No Show:  No REFUND. 100% of the total booking amount shall be charged.                     
Wash-Downs (Lessening of Room Nights Booked) : NON-REFUNDABLE.  100% of the total booking amount shall be charged
