RESPONSE TIME: Response time to your bookings and reservations is less than 24 hours from Monday-Friday and up to 48 hours for weekend bookings. If you do not receive a response within the time indicated; reasons could be: our server or yours is down or you have given us a misspelled email address. Please don’t hesitate to send us a reminder at

LEAD TIME: Please allow 3 working days lead-time before arrival for us to process your request. We shall not be liable for any inconvenience that might arise due to urgent booking orders.

PREPAYMENT/PAYMENT FACILITIES & REPRESENTATIVES: We require prepayment to finalize your reservation with a Confirmation Voucher issued by our company or by the hotel or resort, with an indicated Confirmation Number for your booking. Please note that all payments shall be forwarded to our corporate account under the name ISLANDS ACCOMMODATIONS ONLINE SERVICE, INC. For courier or Money Transfer payments: under JOHN LEVI N. SANTIAGO our only authorized collection representative.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: All bookings must be paid in full on or before the option date given, unless a credit line has been agreed upon. Rates quoted in USD are convertible in PHP based on the existing rate of the supplier or airline at the time the booking was finalized. Only upon receipt and clearance of proof of payment will your confirmation voucher be issued.

We shall not be responsible for lapsed options due to delays in sending your payment advise. Payment must be NET OF ALL CHARGES. Bank Charge, TT Charge or Service Charge and must be paid by the client and not deducted from the total amount.

VOUCHER: We issue system generated vouchers upon clearance of payment. Please PRINT and PRESENT your voucher at the hotel or resort check-in counter for your paid booking reference.

EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS: All throughout your booking transaction with us, we will respond to you through our official email. Chat, text and calls are entertained for clarifications and questions only. All changes in your bookings are processed through email communications.

LIABILITY: Islands Accommodations online Service, Inc. acts only as an agent for suppliers and contractors and is as such not liable for any injury, death, loss, accidents or damage sustained during the tour or stay in the hotel or resort booked through us.

In the event of trip delays or suspension, such is the responsibility of the shipping, airline, tour or Transportation Company to determine what course of action will be followed. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, suspension, accidents, and local situation, will be under the client’s personal account. Islands Accommodations could not be held liable to any untoward incidents (e.g. flight cancellation, transportation breakdown or noise). However, we shall do our best to safeguard the interest of our guests.
